At Ella Mac, I want you to be truly happy with your purchase. If your dress is faulty in any way, you must return the dress to me first (at my expense) and we can discuss a refund or exchange. For Australian customers, if you simply change your mind, I am happy to offer you a store credit or exchange, however, you will be required to post the item back to me (at your expense) and when you choose a replacement dress, you will be required to pay postage again. This is negotiable based on the number of dresses you originally purchased or have purchased in the past. First thing, reach out to me and we will find a solution. Unfortunately, change of mind purchases are not available to overseas customers at this time so if you have any doubts about sizing, please ask me first.
