Refund policy
At Ella Mac, I want you to be truly happy with your purchase. If your dress is faulty in any way, you must send me photos and then return the dress first (at my expense) and we can discuss a refund or exchange - please contact me first to arrange postage. For Australian customers, if you simply change your mind or are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to offer you a store credit or exchange, however, you will be required to post the item back to me (at your expense) and when you choose a replacement dress, you will be required to pay postage again. This is negotiable based on the number of dresses you originally purchased or have purchased in the past. First thing, reach out to me and we will then find a solution. Unfortunately, change of mind exchanges are not available for international purchasers at this time.
